| Twenty
two years down the line since the establishment of Deliverance
Church Nakuru, the church has experienced steady growth
numerically and also many projects and departments have
been initiated along the way that need to be managed.
This
brought about the need to develop a team to help handle
the increasing responsibilities within the church.
This team comprises the staff and the pastoral teams.
The pastoral team forms the top management at L.C.C.
Besides
these two teams, the leadership has also worked towards
developing leaders from the congregation who take
up responsibilities in the various ministries and
department within the church which include Home Churches,
Zones, Missions, Support Departments, Sons of Faith,
Daughters of Faith etc.
The
leaders in these departments give their feedback to
the pastoral teams on the progress of their departments.
In this regard, the pastoral team provides oversight
to all these departments.
