Rev. Francis Mwangi, an ordained minister with Deliverance Churches in Kenya, is God's visionary for Deliverance Church, Lanet. The church is located on the outskirts of Nakuru town in Kenya. Rev. Francis is a son raised in ministry under the fatherhood and pastoral care of Bishop Mark Kariuki. From his early age, he joined the church choir and was involved in missions. He took over the work as a pastor nine years ago and by the grace of God, the work has grown to very appreciable points.

His consistent obedience to God has taken the congregation in Lanet from one glory to another. The membership has grown from a humble 26 people in 1996 to the current 1500 and is still growing. Rev. Francis is one of the most renowned dynamic and anointed preachers of our time; sharing the gospel with clear presentation, communicating with unmistakable clarity and challenging believers to live their lives in fulness everyday. His messages present uncompromising truths with a unique style that reaches far into the hearts of listeners, both young and old. His uncompromising and bold teachings of God's word has led to lives being changed both within and around the Nation.

The burden of this ministry is Evangelism - Deliverance Church Lanet seeks to win souls by every means available and also to assist believers experience abundant life in Christ that is body, soul and spirit.

To accommodate the tremendous growth of the church membership, the church has put up a 3,000 seater building where they moved in the recent past from the 300 seater Municipal Social Hall where they'd been holding their meetings.

Rev. Francis is happily married to Pauline Mwangi and they are blessed with two children - Grace Jemmimah and Pasley Mwangi.
