This is the arm of ministry through which the Deliverance Church family influences the communities around it by initiating community based welfare programmes through the "We Care Community Development Assistance Programs" which include:

      ¤ Relief food distribution

      ¤ Bore hole drilling

      ¤ HIV/AIDS projects

It also entails holding of crusades in different parts of the nation, dinners, luncheons, breakfast meetings and missions within and outside Kenya. The purpose of these missions is to offer ministry to the Body of Christ beyond L.C.C. Bishop Mark has had the priviledge of sharing the gospel in many parts of Africa and other continents.

Among the contries that he's preached in are Tanzania, South Africa, Zambia, Namibia, Canada, U.S.A., Singapore, U.K. and Australia.
