Objectives:

  • To make Jesus known to our pupils and their parents.
  • To affect the community around us by providing quality education in a Christian environment.

King’s Academy is registered with the Ministry of Education as a private school.

School Curriculum & Program
Apart from the National Curriculum, pupils in this school enjoy pastoral care provided to them by the born again members of staff. French, computer and art subjects are also taught in the school. The school also has a lunch program, which caters for the full day pupils. Most of the pupils attending King’s Academy are on the full day program.

Transport
In October 2001, the school introduced a transport program, which makes it possible for pupils to be taken to and from their residential places. The transport program also caters for students from other school within town and is currently doing very well.

Extra - Curricular Activities
The school participates in inter – school competitions organized by the Municipal Council of Nakuru. These competitions include Material display, singing games and reciting Swahili coral verses. A good number of certificates have been awarded to the school for participation and good performance in social activities at the zonal and municipal level over the years.

Performance
The performance of the school can be rated as above average. Every year the school organizes a graduation ceremony that is attended by Deliverance Church Nakuru family members, parents and officials from the Education Department. Most of the nursery school section pupils get admission to leading private and public schools in town upon graduation. The school is doing well now.

Vision
- To have it grow up to High School and University level.
