Homologeo Detergent
Establishment:

The industry was founded in October 2001. Since then, the industry has grown immensely now producing the Homologeo detergent and Shampoo products which are marketed in and out of Nakuru.

Objectives:

Homologeo detergent production was initiated:

    • To impact our world through the gospel by
witnessing to our customers and clients.

    • To create employment for the youth in the
church by actively engaging them in the sales,
production and marketing of the products.

    • To help benevolent projects e.g. needy cases and
      orphans in the community.

    • To generate income for the church programs.

Certification

Our products are of the highest quality and have gone through rigorous certification by the Kenya Bureau of Standards.

Achievements:

Despite being a young industry, our products have elicited general approval and goodwill from institutions of higher learning, hotel industries, dairy processing, plants like Delamare Holdings, Lake Nakuru Lodge, Thomson Falls Lodge, Utumishi Academy, Denside Dairies among others.

Currently, the industry is doing well and is meeting its objective of creating employment opportunities to the young people.

Challenges:

With products from outside flooding the Kenyan Market, there are challenges of marketing our products aggressively through modern media.

Vision for Growth

    • Expand our range of products and get into
high – tech modern production methods.

    • To promote our products in the Kenyan and
      Regional markets.

    • To make Homologeo products a household name
      and available in our supermarkets.
