Core values are descriptions of who we are and what
we aspire to be. Each family has its beliefs and its
own way of doing things. In the Life Celebration Centre
family, we have our own values and beliefs that describe
who we are and what we anticipate to become. As the
family grows, there is a way in which new members are
inducted into the way of life of this family. This is
guided by our core values which are:
* Praise
and Worship
Praise
& Worship is vital for every believer to access
God. Worship meets God's needs because God is seeking
for worshippers who will worship Him in Spirit and
truth (John 4:23). Praise and worship ushers us
into the presence of God and we know that He dwells
in the praises of His people. The work of the choir
and the worship leader is to help the worshipper
in the congregation express themselves in worship
to the Lord giving the sacrifice of their lips.
It's the expression of the worshipper's love to
the Lord. In this practice, the presence of God
ministers to the worshipper with benefits which
include joy, deliverance and healing. Therefore
the worship part of any service is very crucial
and very important to the Life Celebration Centre
Community.
* Prayer
Prayer
is communication with the Father and a very vital
element in a believer's walk with God. Life Celebration
Centre if founded on prayer, it is our back borne.
We believe that God is great and awesome and that
specific prayers, requests and action bring change
to both individual lives and corporately. Exponential
power is released when we get together for prayer.
It is the only way through which we make our supplications
and requests known to the Father.
* The Word
The teaching and preaching of the word is the hallmark
of Deliverance Church Ministry. We believe that
it is the knowledge of truth that brings freedom,
'You shall know the truth and the truth shall make
you free'. We uphold the teaching and preaching
of the Word of God paramountly so that people may
receive the Word, grow in faith and get rooted in
the truth for purposes of practical living.
* Releasing Believers
Every
believer is a minister gifted in one way or another.
The purpose of the gifting is to glorify God and
edify the Body of Christ. In the Life Celebration
Centre, we believe in stirring up the gift in every
believer and releasing them to ministry by creating
an enabling environment for believers to practice
their gifts to benefit the body of Christ and for
the extension of God's Kingdom.
